“Pockets of warmth fill up dark corners over time” - This is a line that came to me years ago when I was on a run. I envisioned someone in their lived-in home with everything they collected over their life — ceramic mugs, books, their favorite chair. It made me think of the way the small things we take pleasure in can brighten up — warm up — our lives and our spaces.
